All sourdough breads are slow-fermented, but not all slow-fermented breads are sourdough.
All Wildgrain breads are slow-fermented (fermented for 20+ hours), but not all of our breads are specifically also made from sourdough starter.
The name of each bread will indicate whether the bread is specifically sourdough or just generally slow-fermented.
