Does Wildgrain offer gluten-free or wheat-free products?Updated 3 months ago

All Wildgrain products contain gluten. We do not offer any gluten-free or wheat-free products at this time.

Since the slow fermentation process of making sourdough bread does digest the majority of the gluten in the bread, anecdotally some of our members with a gluten sensitivity or intolerance find that they can enjoy Wildgrain.

However, if you have a gluten sensitivity or intolerance, we recommend first checking with your doctor to see if Wildgrain is a good fit for you. 

If you have celiac disease, Wildgrain is unfortunately not a safe option, since all of our products contain gluten at this time.

But we do have exciting news! We're working on gluten-free breads, pastas, and pastries! We'll definitely make an announcement when they're launched - we're aiming for Spring 2024 :)
