Does Wildgrain offer low-sodium or sodium-free products?Updated 6 months ago

The Daily Value for sodium is 2,300 mg per day. A low sodium diet involves eating foods that have 5% of Daily Value or less of sodium per serving. In mg, that means eating foods that have 140 mg or less per serving. A sodium-free diet means the food has less than 5 mg of sodium per serving.

Only a few of our products are low sodium, and none of our products are sodium-free. Because of this, we don’t recommend Wildgrain for people who follow a low sodium or sodium-free diet.
