Most Wildgrain products don't directly contain soy as an ingredient. If you'd like to look at the ingredient lists and nutrition facts by product, please visit our Nutrition Page.

However, our partner bakeries could have cross-contamination with soy, which will be called out in the "May Contain" allergen section of relevant products. If you have a severe soy allergy, we unfortunately don't recommend signing up for Wildgrain.
