What if I need to change the order details of my recent Wildgrain Box?Updated 6 months ago

If you need to edit the order details on a recently charged Wildgrain Box, please email Member Support at [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has already been exported to one of our fulfillment center's systems, we won't be able to edit it, but if it hasn't exported yet, we can make changes for you!

For future Wildgrain Boxes, you can edit your information (such as shipping address, credit card, etc.) in your Member Account.
