Where does Wildgrain source its flour?Updated 14 days ago

We have partner bakeries across the United States, and they often source flour from milling companies that are local to them.

For example, many of our East Coast partner bakeries source flour from King Arthur Baking Company, which is headquartered in Vermont.

All of our flour is currently milled from American-grown wheat. American-grown wheat is generally considered to be "hard wheat" (vs. "soft wheat").
