Can I update my shipping address if my order's in transit?Updated 5 months ago

We aren't able to update the shipping address once an order is already in transit, because this causes the carrier to then hold the Wildgrain Box for several days at a sorting facility while they process the update, and then the Wildgrain Box unfortunately arrives warm to the member.
