Do I need to adjust Wildgrain's bread instructions if I live at high altitude?Updated a year ago

Since our loaves are parbaked, we do recommend adjusting their baking instructions.

We recommend covering a frozen loaf with aluminum foil (don’t wrap the loaf in aluminum foil, just cover the top so the oven heat can still penetrate the loaf) and bake it at 400°F for 20 minutes. Then remove the aluminum foil and continue to bake the loaf for approximately 10 more minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
