How can I cancel my membership?Updated 2 months ago

Via your Member Account, you can directly cancel your membership any time you'd like.

1. Log in to your Member Account
2. Click "Manage Memberships" on the right side of the page
3. Look for the membership you'd like to cancel, then click on "Manage this membership" under it
4. Scroll down, then click on "Cancel Membership"
5. An option to pause your box deliveries will show up but if you wish to continue canceling your membership, click on the "Cancel Membership" button
6. Select a reason for canceling your membership then hit "Next"
7. Click on "Cancel membership" 
8. You're all set!

Although canceling your membership via your Member Account is the fastest option, you can also email Member Support at [email protected] to have us cancel it for you!

You can also log in to your Member Account to reactivate your membership any time you'd like.

Please Note: When you cancel your membership, the cancellation will only apply to your future Wildgrain Boxes that haven't been charged yet. If you need to cancel a Wildgrain Box order that has already been charged, please email [email protected] right away, and we'll see how we can help!
