Your Wildgrain Box order will process on your scheduled charge date, and you'll receive an order confirmation email. Our fulfillment center will then pack and ship out your Wildgrain Box; this process usually takes 1-3 business days (although sometimes up to 7 business days).

Once your Wildgrain Box ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking number. Just a heads up that our carriers don't deliver Wildgrain Boxes during weekends, so our fulfillment centers ship Sundays - Thursdays. If you place your order on a Friday or Saturday, please note it will ship that upcoming week. If you placed your order on a Thursday, it will also likely ship that upcoming week.

When your Wildgrain Box is out for delivery and delivered, you'll also receive email and SMS notifications. The average time in transit for a Wildgrain Box is 1-3 business days, depending on how close you live to one of our fulfillment centers.
