You can only substitute items 5 days prior to your next box charge date.

Login to your Member Account. Scroll down to your next box details. Click on the "Switch to Bakery/Mixed Box" button. Confirm your choice by clicking on the "YES" button. You are all set!

The recipient will receive an email informing them that a box is coming to their home and will get shipping notifications as the box ships and is delivered.
